I remember shooting four rolls of film on a school trip to Dunwich on the Suffolk coast on a Primary school field trip. That's a lot of photos of coastal erosion not to mention an expensive processing bill (which i thankfully didn't have to pay for at the age of 7). My addiction to taking photographs eventually led me to me studying photography at University, where I spent a lot of time photographing music events such as Glastonbury. I even spent a few years photographing Coldplay at the start of their career!
I live in sunny (mostly) Suffolk with my husband and our two beautiful children and love to spend weekends and free time taking photos and creating new memories with these three lovely loonies!
For as long as I can remember I've loved the storytelling aspect of photography, the ability to freeze the now and create a forever. This storytelling style is perfectly suited to lifestyle photography and it was this that first led to friends asking me to photograph their children, a privilege I have relished in and subsequently made a career out of.
Family life is a busy wonderful whirlwind of chaos. Without realising we can miss the things that matter… the precious smiles, the mischievous giggles, the quiet cuddles and all those beautiful connections we hold dear. The things that make your family tick.
I want to give you the gift of time. The ability to look back and revisit those wonderful moments spent together in your own home or outdoors, doing the things you love, being with the people you love.
Let me capture the beauty of these little moments as images to treasure and look back on, photographs that will be cherished and spark conversations in years to come.. real connections and real families.
xXx
I will guide your family in my own creative and unobtrusive way, using natural light, being led by you and your normal activities.
At your home or a location that means something to you, I will create an honest and heartfelt account of family time together.
Honest, authentic emotions captured and frozen in time forever..
